
Patricia began her career at the firm as a Paralegal, progressing to Senior Paralegal and is now a Trainee Solicitor. She has a Master’s degree in Law and has developed substantial experience in High Court commercial litigation, including urgent injunctive relief relating to worldwide and domestic freezing asset orders.
Patricia has been closely involved in complex, high-value disputes, including a successful 2025 application for permission to appeal to the Court of Appeal arising from a £2 million partnership dispute. Her experience spans all stages of litigation, from pre-action through to trial. She works closely with leading Counsel and is trusted to manage cases efficiently and proactively.
During her training, Patricia also completed a seat in family law (divorce, children, and finances). She is regarded as an integral member of the team, known for driving cases forward and consistently acts in the client’s best interests through careful evaluation of law and proper application of resource.
Her case work includes: Freezing Assets, Breach of Contract, Landlord and Tenant Disputes, Partnership/ Director Disputes, Possession, Commercial Fraud, Debt Recovery and Family (children and financial proceedings).
